In addition to identifying the opportunities and challenges organizations face in managing this movement toward becoming digital, the course adopts a practical hands-on approach to learning about the underlying technologies that are the foundation of today's modern electronic commerce environment. This course provides the student with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the complexities and significance of the digital enterprise environment involving a consideration of markets, firms, consumer behaviour, social media and current and emerging technologies.
